If you have a gift certificate, bring that with you. Once you arrive at The Spa,
we will change you into a comfortable robe and slippers. You will be given a locker
and key to store your belongings during your treatments. For safekeeping, we recommend
you leave any valuable jewelry at home. We cannot take responsibility for lost
items.
There is ample 2-hour street parking on South Main and side streets. Having a
longer package? Call for specific parking instructions.
What services should I avoid if I’m pregnant?
During the entire pregnancy, you need to avoid the Hydrotherapy Bath, the Steam
Room and all Body Wraps. For the first trimester, you should avoid Massage Therapy.
Do you allow children in the Spa?
Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask
that you respect the other guests’ peace and quiet by leaving your children at
home; not to mention, it allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.
Is your facility co-ed?
We have designed our spa to comfortably accommodate both men and women. We have
separate locker rooms, steam rooms and shower facilities. We will protect your
privacy.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy will always be respected. You will be fully draped or covered during
all treatments. You may wish to bring your bathing suit for hydrotherapy or body
services or use disposable undergarments provided by the Spa.
Are reservations necessary?
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, however, feel free to call
on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will
be necessary to hold your reservation. Our Concierge team will provide a complimentary
call reminder for your appointment. We also recommend that you book future appointments
at checkout to ensure your choice of date and time.
What is your cancellation policy?
At times it is necessary to cancel or change an appointment. Please notify us
24 - 48 hours in advance so we may have enough time to fill the slot with another
guest. “No shows” and late cancellations (less that 24 hours) will be charged
100% of the service fees as our therapists must still be compensated for their
time. Time is the core of our business, so mutual respect is asked to keep the
value of our services and your time proportionate.
When am I expected to Arrive?
Please arrive a
minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first service appointment to allow yourself time to check-in,
change into your robe and slippers, and enjoy a relaxing beverage in our Spa Lounge
or indulge in our complimentary steam rooms which enhance all spa services.
How do you accommodate late arrivals?
We encourage clients to notify us if they are running behind. We will do our
best to accommodate your entire service, however some late arrivals may only receive
remaining service time due to other previously scheduled clients.
What considerations should I be aware of?
Please silence all cell phones and pagers. Use of such devices are prohibited
on entire second floor. To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other
guests, please refrain from bringing children. A quite environment is necessary
in providing a true spa experience for our guests. Smoking is not permitted.
What if I have lost my gift certificate?
It is necessary to keep up with this valuable property as they are considered
the same as cash. Expiration dates also apply to lost gift cards.
Do you offer catering?
We love to cater to your every need. Whether you’re in a hurry or just taking
your time, we’ll be glad to work out the details. Lunch is available for $16 per
person. Group event catering available upon request. Menu is Spa Cuisine.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard
What is your pricing policy?

for Store Credit Only. Original receipt is required.
Do your therapists and technicians accept gratuities?

the Concierge Desk. A general guideline is 15-20%.
